Michelle Marie is responsible for developing and managing new meetings and events for Ovation Travel Group's corporate clients, and she works out of our New York City office. She is a seasoned business development executive with a distinguished career in the hospitality and travel industry.
Previously, Michelle Marie worked as a senior executive with Meeting Element, EDPglobal DMCs, Prestige Resorts International, Potomac Management Resources, and MetLife Investors.
Michelle Marie has also been very active in promoting and supporting event industry best practices, as she has served as Board Director, Director of Fundraising, and as Vice President Finance at MPGNY. She has also been honored by Potomac MPI Chapter as Planner of the Year and with the Potomac MPI - Star Award. In addition to receiving many industry awards and recognition, she is a certified Yoga Instructor.
Michelle Marie earned her BS Degree in Marketing from California State University-San Bernardino.

Susan McHenry provides clients with a wealth of experience and expertise in event management, leadership and support. She is a quintessential team player, delivering the highest level of support for our clients, including major national corporations and industry leaders. Ms. McHenry was responsible for coordinating, implementing, and managing high profile meetings around the world at Quintiles Transnational and Veritas Communications, Inc. Susan is additionally a recognized expert in the pharmaceutical industry.

Michael Lattari has been involved in sales, marketing and operations management for over 20 years. He was Director of Marketing for Inspection & Valuation International, Inc., an engineering and architectural due diligence firm. Before IVI, Mr. Lattaril worked for Marriott International; his last position was Director of Event Management at the Westchester Marriott Hotel. During his tenure at Marriott, Mr. Lattari consulted on several corporate-wide systems upgrades. Before joining Marriott, he held various management positions with United Parcel Service where he gained valuable experience in labor relations and operations. Mr. Lattari is very active as an advocate for people with developmental disabilities. He has served on the Board of Directors of GROW (Group Residences of Westchester) and PenDennis; both groups are dedicated to providing quality housing for people with developmental disabilities. He is an active member of The Westchester County Association's Call to Action Committee. Mr. Lattari serves as an advisor to Bridges to Community and travels to Nicaragua annually to build homes in third world communities.

Charles Kirschner has worked with Ovation for the past 5 years providing invaluable meeting and food & beverage expertise to Ovation clients. His 'insider' knowledge of hotel sales and operations gives his clients the upper hand when negotiating contracts, detailing meeting and event requirements and ensuring flawless execution. After graduating from Florida International University (FIU) with a degree in Hospitality Management Charles was given an opportunity to work in the Catering department at the Marriot Harbor Beach in Ft Lauderdale and immediately developed a passion for planning and producing events, both corporate and social. Charles obtained his first Director's position soon thereafter, and has led catering and conference service teams at numerous prestigious hotels for the past 15+ years, including the Drake Hotel in Chicago, Intercontinental Miami, Sheraton Boston, W Ft Lauderdale and the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, Fl. In 1998, Starwood Hotels named Charles, the Corporate Chairman of the Board of Catering Directors. In addition to a BS from FIU, he attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago graduating with top honors.

Mary Jane Sanders works with Ovation clients, developing meeting and event coordination to ensure a high quality experience. Ms. Sanders began her professional career with Sheraton Hotels in New Orleans, Louisiana, and then worked with the Sheraton Bal Harbour Hotel in Miami, Florida. Following her career with Sheraton, she served as a Sales Manager for the Hilton Westchester in Rye Brook, New York, and previously worked in human resources for Ciba Specialty Chemicals in Tarrytown, New York. While at Ciba, Ms. Sanders organized and planned corporate executive leadership training programs across the U.S. and at international locations in Mexico, Canada, and South America. Ms. Sanders is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she earned her B.A. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration.

Carol Anne O’Malley began her career in travel in 1987, organizing group travel for cruise passengers traveling with Cunard Cruise line. After 10 years, Carol Anne moved into the business travel arena organizing travel arrangements for clients in the medical, financial, retail and law communities. Ms. O’Malley joined Ovation Corporate Travel in 2001, and oversees a team of experts serving as travel consultants producing over 100 events annually. As Director of Operations, Ms. O’Malley negotiates airline contracts for groups of 10 to 3,000. Carol Anne is an active fundraiser for the Lymphoma & Leukemia Society as well as the New York City Police Department Fallen Heroes.
